"Tim truly went above and beyond to help us purchase our first commercial property. He was incredibly attentive, always timely, and on top of every detail—from negotiating with the seller, to proactively reaching out to the county to get answers to our questions. One big thing is that Tim has an extensive network and strong relationships across the Virginia Peninsula so that if he didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he knew who to ask! Tim took the time to understand exactly what we needed and did the research to help us make the best decision. Beyond his professionalism and expertise, he’s a great, honest guy who is genuinely passionate about helping people. We built a relationship with Tim, and he's now a permanent part of our team and we highly recommend him to everyone looking to buy or sell a property! "

"Kevin Carr is truly exceptional. He was recommended to me by the agent who was selling my home in NC. I reached out to Kevin and we engaged in a productive conversation about what I was looking for in a house in Hampton Roads, VA. Initially, I was leaning toward one particular style of house but ended up changing direction. He worked with me to narrow down my best options and in the area I desired to live. Kevin was always available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible by phone, text and emails. We worked together to locate houses of interest. He would often point out things we had initially talked about that were on my list of things to consider (e.g.: schools, location, moisture issues, HOA fees, trees near the house, and a host of other items). For me, this was important because there is so much to see, especially when you look at multiple houses in a day, and can't recall every detail of every house. He has a knack for asking great questions while walking around properties to help you visualize how you will live in the house. He did an incredible amount of information gathering, stayed on top of, inspections, made recommendations and always followed up to ensure paperwork was understood and completed. The delivery of the information was straightforward. He is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. After I moved into my home, the listing agent came to remove the key lockbox and knocked on my door. During our short conversation, he mentioned how pleasant it was to work with Kevin and how he had my best interests in mind during the negotiation phase. His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and great energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I highly recommend Kevin Carr for your next home purchase!"

We had the skills to FSBO the property and theoretically save half of the usual commission, but listing with Tim Meyers and the Four Oceans Team was the right call for us ultimately and the lowest cost solution. Tim’s decades of experience and keen people skills were evident at every stage of the process. We will use Tim (and Cindy) for our future real estate needs and highly recommend them. "
