I reached out to Kevin and we engaged in a productive conversation about what I was looking for in a house in Hampton Roads, VA. Initially, I was leaning toward one particular style of house but ended up changing direction. He worked with me to narrow down my best options and in the area I desired to live. Kevin was always available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible by phone, text and emails. We worked together to locate houses of interest. He would often point out things we had initially talked about that were on my list of things to consider (e.g.: schools, location, moisture issues, HOA fees, trees near the house, and a host of other items). For me, this was important because there is so much to see, especially when you look at multiple houses in a day, and can't recall every detail of every house. He has a knack for asking great questions while walking around properties to help you visualize how you will live in the house. He did an incredible amount of information gathering, stayed on top of, inspections, made recommendations and always followed up to ensure paperwork was understood and completed. The delivery of the information was straightforward. He is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. After I moved into my home, the listing agent came to remove the key lockbox and knocked on my door.
