Timothy Meyer “Tim” Managing Broker and CoOwner of the 4 Oceans Real Estate Group. Over 23 years full time in the Real Estate business. Real Estate Agent, Certified Real Estate Negotiator, Certified Business Development Agent, Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Listing Specialist. Tim’s expertise is Waterfront Property. He knows most all tributaries in the Southeastern Virginia area includes water depth and boatable water. Tim is a 23-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and knows Military Moves. A former President of the York County Chamber of Commerce and current Board of Director, Tim is heavily involved in the community. He is also a Past Lt Governor for the Capital District Kiwanis. A former Managing Partner for Canzell Realty he has coached and mentored many agents in his career. He is a Certified Coach for Zero to Diamond Coaching.
